Delete Your HistoryAround Account

This page is for users who can no longer access their device or the HistoryAround app. If you can open the app, please use Settings → Delete Account inside the app instead — it's instant and doesn't require any email exchange.

How to request deletion via email

Send an email to erenozataa@gmail.com with:

Subject line: HistoryAround Account Deletion Request
The email address associated with your Google account when you signed in to HistoryAround

We'll permanently delete your account and cloud backup from our servers within 30 days, typically much sooner. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your cloud backup (saved cards, discovery sessions, collections, settings)
Your account record on our servers (Google sub identifier, email)
Your subscription record on our subscription provider (RevenueCat)
Audit links between your device(s) and account

What does not get deleted automatically

Your Google Play Premium subscription, if active, will not be automatically cancelled. We do not have the ability to cancel Google Play subscriptions on your behalf. To cancel:

Open the Google Play Store on any device signed in to your Google account
Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Tap HistoryAround → Cancel subscription
